We currently offer four classes per week

Wednesdays 6-7pm Juniors & Families
7-8pm Teens & Adults

Fridays 6.30pm - 7.30pm All ages

Sundays 10am - 11am All ages

We recommend all students attend a minimum of twice a week to achieve optimum benefit from the syllabus.

If these times do not suit you but you are interested in Choi Kwang Do, let us know; we will be adding more classes in the near future and can keep you informed.

Class Format

Every class begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down.

We value the health of our students and this helps reduce the risk of injury and prepare the body for physical activity. The cool down allows your body to return to its natural state through gentle stretches that also improve your flexibility.

Each class will contain a mix of exercises to enable you to develop your individual techniques and combinations, exercising your brain and developing your stamina and concentration.

There will also be some short bursts of high intensity activities to improve your cardio-vascular health, power and speed.

All training occurs at your own pace: there is no competition against anyone other than yourself. Be the best that you can be.

Class Locations

All classes are based at Turton Sports Centre, Bromley Cross.

On Fridays classes are held in in the gym inside the main building.

On Wednesdays and Sundays, classes are held in the dance studio in the Turton Sixth Form College building. Parking is available in the carpark off Chapeltown Road for ease of access.
